Wordless Wednesday- “Nesting” Robin’s eggs

“Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father. And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. So don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows. ” Matthew 10:29-30

If you took this shot, I’d be looking forward to snapping some photos as they emerge from the shells (if you happen to be able to catch it). In any case, I’m kinda hungry for breakfast now. 🙂

Yep- took the pics and will be taking pics each day trying to catch a newly hatched bunch of babies;)

The nest is actually in the motion detector light on my patio. We’ve been a little concerned about heat (no one wants poached robins eggs) and have had the light off since we found the nest.

The nest is too high for me to see into even when I’m standing on a chair. I just hold the camera over the nest and keep clicking with auto focus until I get a shot I like- pure luck!
